Product Pricing Information
Prices are subject to change from time to time without notice and all goods will be billed at prices in effect at the time you place your order. The prices stated do not include taxes and shipping.
Shipping and Delivery
Serenity Closets products are shipped via parcel carrier or another standard freight carrier. We typically ship the product within three business days from the date we receive your order. Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and your location.
Serenity Closets shall not be liable or deemed in default for failure to deliver or delay in delivery due to any cause beyond its control or due to labor disputes. If unable to meet delivery schedules, Serenity Closets will allocate material among its customers and for its own use in such manner and on such basis as Serenity Closets in its sole discretion shall in good faith determine.
Product Warranty
Serenity Closets Products are manufactured using the highest quality materials to exact tolerances.
Our Products include a limited lifetime residential warranty and a limited one-year non-residential warranty. Serenity Closets warrants that the Products you purchased will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the normal lifetime of the Products when used for single-family residential use, and for one year when used for non-residential or commercial use.
Serenity Closets will repair or replace any component of the Products you purchased at no charge, if it is defective. For complete warranty details, click here.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Your Serenity Closets system is custom made to your specifications and production begins immediately after your order is received. Because of the custom nature of each order, they cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
Substitution and Product Changes
In the event that a product is discontinued or unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar style and equivalent value and quality (depending on availability). Serenity Closets also retains the right to make changes in product specifications and materials at any time without notice.
